Paul Blyth
Director
Paul has gained considerable experience working at several well-known industry leaders, encompassing David Wilson Homes and Wimpey Construction. In 2004 He took on the position of Managing Director at Vaughan and Blyth overseeing in excess of 85 projects.
Paul took an academic sabbatical to complete a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and has returned to construction to combine his practical knowledge with his passion for teaching and mentoring.
Stuart Bradshaw
CEO
Stuart, a qualified Chartered accountant, has successfully grown a business portfolio through developing, building and operating hundreds of MWp of energy projects. He continues to lead business development and strategy within the group by utilising cutting-edge drone technology and innovative data solutions.
Stuart is increasingly focused on the authentic development of high-performance teams within the business portfolio.
Rodney Baker Bates
Chairman
Rodney has had a long prosperous career in the Financial Industry. His current portfolio of Chairmanships comprises of; Willis Towers Watston Ltd, Ridgeons Group Ltd and Shropshire Group Holding.
Since beginning his career with Glyn Mills and Company (now incorporated within the Royal Bank of Scotland) in 1966, Rodney has held several Chairmanships for various organisations including Stobart Group, Midland Bank and Coral.
